Navajo Spiny Oyster Chandelier Earrings
Navajo Artist, Jennifer Begay, has created these spectacular chandelier earrings with 32 bezel set cabochons of Spiny Oyster Shell. Spiny Oyster is found deep in the waters of the Sea of Cortez. Native Americans once walked from the American Southwest to the Baja Peninsula to trade Turquoise for this bright colored shell. These well-balanced sterling silver post earrings hang beautifully and look great with casual and dressy outfits. Oxidized for a vintage look and handmade in New Mexico.
