Navajo Sterling Silver Larimar Teardrop Earrings
These teardrop shaped Larimar stones are set in a hand stamped bezel and attached to french wire to create stunning earrings. Larimar is a rare stone mined only in the Dominican Republic where it was thought to be from the Lost City of Atlantis. It actually comes from a volcanic deposit on the island. The discoverer of this stone named it for his daughter, Larissa, and mar meaning sea in Spanish. The soft blue color looks like the waters of the Caribbean Sea. The small size is perfect for the office or casual wear and the subtle color works with your whole wardrobe. Handmade in New Mexico by a Navajo artist.
