Navajo Kingman Turquoise Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Necklace (Set)

This traditional Squash Blossom necklace features three beautiful Kingman turquoise stones set in the crescent shaped “Naja”. The Navajo word describing this type of necklace means “bead that spreads out.” They have flared out silver strips resembling an actual flower of the squash plant running down each side of the necklace. The Navajo artist created rows of handmade sterling silver beads and finished the necklace with sterling silver cones and clasp. It is oxidized for a vintage look.  The matching earrings are included but not sold separately. 28 inches long. Hallmarked “JL”
